The Pavilion at St. John's

St. John's annual Trunk or Treat will be Friday, October 30th, 2026. Stay tuned for more details!

Our outdoor, covered pavilion is perfect for many different events, including Church Services, Kids & Youth Events, Picnics, Birthday Parties, Bridal Showers, Reunions, Receptions, and other events you would like to have outdoors.

Our pavilion is equipped with tables & chairs for up to 130 guests, as well as, accessible bathrooms, secure storage, ample parking, a grassy lawn, and a serving counter & sink.

Reservations & bookings are on a first come/first serve basis.

Rentals are available for a maximum of 6 hours.

Events must be concluded by 9:00 pm.

Usage Fees:  

• For members of St. John's, the usage fee is $200, plus a $100 security deposit, for a total of $300.
• For non-members, the usage fee is $300, plus a $100 security deposit, for a total of $400.
• Additionally, you can opt for table & chairs set-up/tear-down for $100.
• The $100 security deposit is returnable, and may be returned in full upon satisfactory inspection of the facility after the event.
